Paella

Every paella tells a story. Saffron golden rice, smoky from the flame, loaded with the flavors of Spain.

  • Seafood paella in a large pan with shrimp, mussels, clams, and rice, cooking outdoors.

    Shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams slow-cooked in a rich saffron seafood broth over Valencian rice. The one that stops the room when it comes out of the pan and the one guests always photograph first!

    Farmhouse Paella

    Our most traditional variety. Free-range chicken, seasonal vegetables, and saffron-scented rice cooked low and slow. The one that started it all.

    Smoked Rib Paella

    Fall-off-the-bone smoked ribs, paprika, saffron, and Valencian rice. Deeply savory with a smoky crust on the bottom that every Spaniard fights over — we call it the socarrat. Worth knowing about before you order.

    A vibrant vegetarian paella that proves you don't need meat for depth of flavor. Fresh market vegetables, herbs, and perfectly toasted rice.
