Here's what a great office delivery looks like:
Tapas — the heart of any office lunch
Three to four tapas per person is a complete, satisfying meal — especially with empanadas in the mix. Choose from crispy Croquetas, Patatas with Alioli, Gazpacho shots, Grilled Shrimp with Mango Salsa, and more. Share them around the table or set them out as a spread. Either way, everyone is satisfied.
Bocadillos — not your average sandwich.
Our 4" croissant sandwiches are nothing like a sub. Each one is built around a Spanish-inspired combination with Serrano ham & Manchego cheese, smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers, garlic chicken with fresh tomato all on a warm, flaky croissant. Add 2 bocadillos per person alongside a few tapas and you have a lunch that feels far more special than anything else on your team's usual rotation.
Salads — individual cups or serving bowls.
Order as individual portions for smaller teams, or large serving bowls for bigger groups. The Mediterranean Salad: Tomato, Cucumber & Tuna Salad or King Salad or Ensalada Rusa pair beautifully with a tapas spread.

We set up a beautiful Spanish tapas table: think Jamon Serrano platters, Croquetas, Empanadas, Grilled Shrimp, Gazpacho shots, and more, all elegantly presented and ready to pick at from the moment everyone arrives.
The live cooking show
The paella station is the centerpiece. An open flame, a pan(s) large enough to feed the room, and the kind of aroma that pulls everyone in from across the way. Everyone gathers, watches, and waits, and that anticipation is half the experience. It turns a company lunch/dinner into a company memory.
