A majestic celebration of the sea, our Paella Royal is the crown jewel of Spain’s coastal cuisine.
Brimming with succulent shrimp, tender calamari, and fresh mussels, this paella is slow-cooked over flame with traditional bomba rice, rich seafood broth, and a bold blend of imported saffron and spices.
Every bite delivers layers of deep, ocean-kissed flavor and the unmistakable taste of authentic paella, crispy socarrat, and all.

We simmer peppers, zucchini, green beans, mushrooms, onion, and ripe tomatoes in a rich sofrito with saffron-infused broth and traditional bomba rice. Every bite tastes like a fresh-picked harvest. And yes—there’s that golden, crispy socarrat at the bottom that makes paella unforgettable.

Tender pieces of chicken are simmered with a colorful medley of seasonal vegetables — think peppers, green beans, zucchinis, onion, and ripe tomatoes — all cooked in a fragrant saffron-infused broth with traditional bomba rice. The slow flame locks in deep flavor and forms a perfect socarrat, the crispy golden rice layer that everyone loves to scrape from the pan.
