“Growing up in the Valencia-Alicante region of Spain, my senses were always on fire. I lived and breathed the salty Mediterranean air, and the mouth-watering aromas that filled our home and streets.

Some of my happiest memories are from the time I spent helping my mother cook. She taught me how to make authentic homemade paella and tasty tapas. I learned firsthand and followed her traditional method of cooking to create a true Spanish paella and tapas.

Now, my wife Em, and I are so excited to share the heart and soul of Spain with Arizona. We didn’t just create Tapeo to be a catering company; our goal is to bring the vibrant spirit of good conversation, delicious food, and that love for life—that special zest we call "alegría"—from our home in Spain straight to your table.”

At Tapeo, cooking is more than a craft—it’s a celebration of cooking, culture, and joy.
